How do credits work?
Bellami runs on a single pool of credits, and generating a message costs one credit. If you're on the free plan, we automatically top up your credits every week, so there's always a fresh batch waiting for you.
Credits you buy in a credit pack are added to that same balance and never expire — so they're there whenever you need them, on top of your weekly top-up.
If you subscribe to Bellami, message generation is unlimited. You won't see a credit counter at all — just generate as many messages as you like.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open Profile → Restore Purchases. This recovers your subscription and any relationship slot add-ons you've purchased.
One thing to note: consumable credit packs can't be restored. That's an App Store policy, not a Bellami limitation — once a pack's credits are added to your account they live in your balance, so there's nothing to “restore” separately. If credits from a recent purchase are missing, see Why didn't I receive my credits? below.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your Bellami subscription is managed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account. Opening subscription management in the app takes you straight to those native settings, where you can cancel in a couple of taps.
After you cancel, you keep unlimited access until the end of your current billing period — nothing is cut off early. And any credits you've purchased stay in your account, so you can keep generating messages on the free plan afterwards.
Why didn't I receive my credits after purchasing?
First, open Profile → Restore Purchasesin the app. This resolves most cases where a purchase went through but the credits or entitlement hadn't synced yet.
If your credits still haven't appeared, email us at support@bellami.app and include your Apple or Google receipt ID. That lets us look up the transaction and put things right.
How do I delete my account?
If you still have the app installed: open Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data.
If you've uninstalled the app: email us at support@bellami.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We'll process your request within 7 days.
